Wecom provides a wide range of repairs, modifications and reconditioning of all types of valves namely Butterfly valves, Gate valves, Ball valves, Safety Relief valves, Pressure & Vacuum valves, Globe valves, Plug valves .......etc. of up to 1500mm in diameters and pressure ratings of up to 10,000 psi.
All works are carried out in-house, supported by our own facilities and machine shop equipments to repair or manufacturing of new parts for replacement. Overhauling of gear, pneumatic or hydraulic valve actuators.
Valves will be tested to customer's specifications with our efficient hydraulic-operated test bench thus saving cost and time. We can supply valve seat rings or liners vulcanized with Nbr or Viton and Teflon or other materials.
Re-conditioning and repairs of all types of pumps including vertical or horizontal centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, deep well pumps, .....etc. Rebuilding of worn-off parts and replacements of wear rings, seals, shafts, bearings......etc. and boring of pump housings. Rebuilding of corroded or damaged areas by special welding process on special materials.
Our skilled welders will provide support relating to our repairs like fabrication of new parts or rebuilding up worn-off surfaces. We repair and fabricate new condenser covers, waterboxes, pipes, pump and valve parts supported by our own welding equipments.
